Role Overview:We are seeking a high-energy, passionate Account Manager to drive new business development within the UK Insurance market. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new clients within the Insurance sector, leveraging industry events, virtual platforms, and personal networks.
- Meeting Engagement: Organise and attend regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients, building trust and credibility.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting connections with key decision-makers across the Insurance sector.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver tailored solutions to client challenges.
- Performance Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Insurance Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK Insurance market, including key players and trends.
- Energetic & Enthusiastic: A natural people person with the energy and drive to engage clients in person and online.
- Proven Sales Acumen: Experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate an audience during meetings and presentations.
- Organised & Proactive: Excellent planning and organisational skills to schedule and attend frequent client engagements.
