Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business revenue, identifying prospective clients, and fostering relationships to ensure long-term success. You will own your sales pipeline and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment, business development, client management or sales experience who is looking to further their career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients within the Technology and Creative sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to win new business and expand market share.
- Own and manage a full sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure and ongoing client management.
- Present and pitch to potential clients, showcasing our recruitment solutions and services.
- Attend networking events to grow the client base and increase brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in business development or recruitment, preferably with an existing client book. This role will also suit a 360 recruiter who wants to transition to 180 (client side).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network with potential clients.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a full sales lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience in the recruitment industry, particularly within either Technology or Creative Agency sectors, is a big plus.
