The Client:VWA is working with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm in their search for Researchers to join the team. The firm partners with pre-eminent Private Equity and Investment Banking firms, giving the team incredible opportunities to network with future leaders in the industry. They have also fostered a hard-working, collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture!

**Kindly note, this role is to start in July 2025.**

The Researcher role:Due to a growing number of clients and searches, the firm are looking for Researchers to support the wider team. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

  • Reaching out and contacting candidates on the database and external sources such as LinkedIn to discuss potential opportunities
  • Supporting the team on existing and upcoming mandates, including preparing of shortlists
  • Scheduling of meetings and interviews
  • Keeping databases updated with candidate/client activity
  • Market mapping
  • Producing reports on market relevant topics
  • General administration

The successful Researchers will:

  • Excellent academic record including degree education (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate curiosity and tenacity
  • Be highly service-oriented and people-centric
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a team-orientated approach
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior office or customer service experience (required for the entry level Researcher role)
  • Prior executive search or client account management experience (required for the experienced hire Researcher role)
