Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a skilled Senior Client Development Manager to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role is essential in building and sustaining trusted relationships with practice chairs and key stakeholders, driving strategic marketing and business development plans, and enhancing the firm's profile through effective award submissions and client-centric campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with practice chairs and stakeholders.
  • Create and track strategic marketing and business development plans and budgets.
  • Lead the strategy and submission process for UK awards and directories.
  • Provide business development advice and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to drive strategic change and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop client-facing pitch strategies and manage pitch/RFP efforts.
  • Plan and manage practice-related events and conferences.
  • Create and update marketing collateral and client-facing materials.
  • Manage integrated marketing and business development campaigns.
  • Mentor business professionals and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Contribute to global marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for law firm and litigation experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with legal and business environments.
