THE COMPANY

The business is a leading household british media business and they are seeking to hire a Analytics Lead as they undergo a massive transformation of their Data, Analytics & Technology function.

And they are seeking to hire an Analytics Lead to join the team and lead on the development of their customer analytics capabilities.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Running analysis, modelling and forecasting to enable investment decisions
Ensuring delivery of quality data analysis and business recommendations
Developing and delivering new approach for self-serve analytics within the business
Leading and developing high performing analytics team
Leading on forecasting and subscriptions focused projects
Setting up customer analytics capabilities from conception through to implementation

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience building out projects, analytics initiatives, recommending team structure and building business relationships
Strong background in customer analytics
Expertise creating a best in-class streamlined insight analytics proposition
Background in TV, Media Broadcasting etc.
