ANALYTICS MANAGER- LONDON - HYBRID
UP TO £80,000
FIXED TERM CONTRACT
THE COMPANY
As an Analytics Manager you will lead data-driven projects utilising advanced analytics methodologies to help direct reports drive business insights that create impact and operational improvements.
THE ROLE
- You will implement consistent ways of working across different teams.
- Maintain communication channels with key stakeholders to understand their needs and questions.
- Compile regular reports detailing what's happening in each business area, interpreting data to tell a cohesive story to help build the C-Level Leadership monthly and for wider sharing with the business
- Help deliver strategy set out by the analytics leadership team.
- Develop strategies to better use analytic tools.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of managing a team of 4 plus analysts
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in using data analysis and visualisation tools (we use Tableau).
- Proficient in SQL and some familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
