Associate Strategy Consultant. London (Hybrid Working). Up to £40K plus benefits.

A fast-growing strategic consultancy specialising in tech & telco, is seeking an Associate Consultant or recent graduate/post-graduate. As Associate Consultant you’ll work on international strategic assignments in areas such as customer experience (CX), marketing strategy, product/service strategy, and Go-To-Market.

Responsibilities of this Associate Consultant are:

  • Work closely with senior consultants and directors to deliver strategic assignments in customer experience (CX), marketing strategy, product/service strategy, and Go-To-Market.
  • Conduct both qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews and quantitative analysis using data from surveys and secondary research sources.
  • Deliver cutting-edge analysis at the business unit level, influencing C-level conversations.
  • Use design thinking methods to propose innovative, feasible, and commercially viable solutions.
  • Prepare compelling presentation documents and strategic frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, co-development groups, and qualitative research.
  • Synthesize insights, analyze reports, and ensure quality control of documents.
  • Present findings and insights to Director and VP-level clients.

Requirements of this Associate Consultant are:

  • A degree from a top university.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in delivering high-quality written reports and presentations
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Absolute fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to invest emotional commitment into the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead across various levels of the business.
  • Additional language skills (German, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
