Bid Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing property management business as a Bid Coordinator to support their business development activity into the Public Sector.

The role:

We are looking for a Bid Coordinator who will support the development and implementation of effective BD strategies for our Clients in the Public Sector. You will work with the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager to effectively support Partners in winning and growing work across our Public Sector clients.

This is a role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:

  • Support the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager in the management of Public Sector bids, tenders and framework opportunities across the Firm including:
    • Management of the timescales and deliverables.
    • Collation of responses and coordination of all inputs for tender submission.
    • Compliance checks and coordination of contract review.
    • Support the bid team by using existing collateral to draft responses where possible.
    • Management of the Bid Store / Bid Library.
    • Ensuring all tenders are submitted free from errors.
  • Management of tender / framework portals including building a pipeline of future tenders we should be tracking.
  • Support evaluation of ITT’s, PQQ’s, OJEUs, RFPs using ‘go/no go’ process.
  • Track and report on the status all public sector bids across the firm.
  • Attend bidders’ days for new public sector contracts and report back on all details / requirements.
  • Collate feedback on wins and losses and share with Bid Team.
  • Support handover with Bid Team to Delivery Team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideal applicants will have around 3+ Years’ experience in a similar Business Development Function
  • Knowledge and experience in successful bid delivery to the Public Sector
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Able to manage workload and competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM systems
