This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in their rapid growth and support a diverse pipeline of projects across the UK, Europe, and Southern Africa. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Solve complex industry-specific challenges.
- Mentor and support analysts and consultants.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Conduct business and data analysis; design and implement management reports and dashboards.
Skillset and Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking and/or insurance.
- Track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SAS.
- Relevant risk experience in credit, market, and liquidity.
- Expertise in business analysis, including requirement documentation.
- Understanding of data management and BCBS 239, including control frameworks and data quality.
