Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Business Intelligence reporting for real-time data insights, developing scalable solutions that dramatically improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering Target Operating Models. In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also handle sensitive customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Furthermore, you will facilitate Psychological Safety sessions for high-stress-environment teams promoting wellbeing, resilience and teamwork under pressure. You possess strong Programme Management skills which enable you to oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in Data Governance ensures that all data-related activities are conducted according to industry standards. You are proficient in Power Platform including automation and Business Intelligence which allows you to create efficient systems that drive business growth. Additionally, your experience in Dynatrace Incident Management equips you with the ability to effectively manage incidents ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
