A global Commodity Trading organisation are currently seeking a Business Change Manager to join them on a long term contract in London. The role requires in-depth Commodity Trading experience and very strong Business Change and Operational Change experience in a complex and global environment. Experience across Risk, Middle Office and Control will also be highly beneficial.

£850 - £1000pd - Inside IR35

Essential Requirements:

Very strong Commodity Trading experience with cross product knowledge.
Excellent Business Change and Operational Change experience
Very strong Stakeholder Management skills to Director and C-Level
In-depth Risk knowledge and experience working across the business unit
Very strong Business Analysis and Change Delivery experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience across regulatory change, control remediation and Middle Office would be highly beneficial
