Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development Assistant to join one of our leading international law firm clients at their London office. This role is crucial in supporting the marketing and business development efforts of the firm's global offices, particularly on energy-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in producing marketing and business development materials, including pitches and proposals.
  • Support internal and client events alongside the BD Coordinator.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and the wider market.
  • Update lawyer bios and the experience database with business content.
  • Track deadlines for directories and awards and assist with submissions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or prior experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
