Hybrid - Central London (Full-time, Permanent)

What is a Business Development Associate?

As our business continues to grow, and our geographical reach widens, our customers’ experience of dealing with us is more important than ever. As part of a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the daily execution of the core duties detailed below. You will be a key figure in the customer service experience, with direct contact to both clients and suppliers.The successful candidate will need to be very comfortable with working in a fast -paced and constantly evolving commercial environment. Excellent business communication skills are a must, as is being self - motivated, and being able to multi-task - all while maintaining a high level of accuracy. It is important to be able to work across simultaneous projects, often under pressure.

What to expect?

  • Taking, confirming and inputting customer orders and Purchase orders
  • Monitoring customers and liaising closely with commercial, logistics and quality departments
  • Dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely manner
  • Sending price quotes to customer, liaising with Product Management team for this and collecting necessary information from customers
  • Login opportunities & quotes on CRM system
  • Review and control stock levels for key accounts, ensuring sufficient inventory for contracts
  • Produce reports for senior managers.
  • Any other task at manager’s discretion.
