They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager who’ll be responsible for managing new and existing clients and securing new business.About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will manage their own diary’s, securing new business, managing existing clients Nationwide and in Wales. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now recruiting for this exciting position. This Business is well established in their sector winning rewards for the outstanding work they do, and you will be joining as face of the company to build fantastic relationships with their clients. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working as a Business Development Manager with a proven track records in winning business, ideally with previous experience working within the financial services, legal or debt collection sector. Salary & BenefitsThis role is paying a basic salary up to £45,000 plus commission. Key Responsibilities- Attending face to face meetings with clients - Lead Generation - Attend events, social events and conferences - Securing new business - Managing pipeline, new and existing clients Logistics The role will be based home and attending meetings face to face. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30- 17.00. Interview ProcessThere will be a three-stage interview process starting with a screening call followed by a video call and then in-person interview process.
