Job Title: Business Development Manager/Operations ManagerLocation: Harley Street, London (on Site)Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
Our client is a well-established healthcare provider with a 20-year history on Harley Street, seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development/Operation Manager to join our client's team. This pivotal role involves managing the Bookings Coordinator team while driving business growth through strategic partnerships and referral schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bookings Coordinator team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient service.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business for the practice.
- Establish and nurture relationships with embassies, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers to create reciprocal referral schemes.
- Represent the practice in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the private healthcare sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a bookings team in a private healthcare setting.
- Strong background in the private surgical care.
- Previous experience working with embassies or established embassy connections.
- Familiarity with insurance companies and their processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable:
- Fluency in an additional language is highly advantageous.
