Lynx is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager for a reputable consultancy.
The role involves managing a delivery team of up to 10 members across various industries, including Automotive and Travel & Tourism.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Lean Six Sigma certification.
A Computer Science or IT-based BSc degree with a minimum 2:1 is required for this position.
This is a hybrid role with a salary that reflects experience, and applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.

Lynx are recruiting for a reputable consultancy who are looking for an experienced / accomplished Business Improvement Manager to join their team.

The Business Improvement Manager will be managing a Delivery team of up to 10 members of staff working with exciting clients in industries such as; Automotive and Travel & Tourism.

Essentials Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Process Improvement / Operational Excellence
Experienced operating models
Business architecture experience
Team management experience
Stakeholder management experience
Consultancy / MSP background
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Lean Six Sigma certified (black or master black belt)
Computer Science/IT based BSc Degree 2:1 or above

The Business Improvement Manager is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week.
