An emerging energy renewables business seeks a Change Coach to join a continuous improvements team. Your mission is to facilitate business changes through the application of change principles including lean, driving out non-quality (waste) to substantially improve performance, increase productivity and promote high levels of staff engagement.

1. promote a culture of Continuous Improvement encouraging the application of the appropriate tools & methods with the aim of improving People, Quality, Time and Cost, driving best practice and seek opportunities to deploy it into the business;

2. Work with the business to scope, identify and quantify the most important changes required in our processes, behaviours and organisation, identifying those that would benefit from a business improvement intervention and providing expert process analysis;

3. Build business improvement and lean capability within the organisation, through the coaching, training and mentoring of other team members and business colleagues in the use of business improvement and lean tools/techniques;

4. Plan and facilitate business improvement interventions and workshops, identifying and engaging the necessary resources and actively engaging key stakeholders in the scoping and execution.

5. Ensure the maximum Return on Investment (ROI) through benefits realised from business improvement activities in terms of people, quality, time and cost.
