My client is a high-profile insurer who urgently require a Change Manager / Business Analyst to join a business-critical function on a global transformation programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working in Change Management and Business Analysis.
- Previous experience working within the Insurance industry on major transformation programmes.
- The ability to understand the impact of new processes, procedures and providing and updating relevant documentation.
- The ability to analyse data from a business perspective and relay to various audiences.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills.
- The ability to identify risks, issues and dependencies with supporting documentation.
- Capability to assist with Target Operating Model (TOM) description set ups.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and Excel.
- Flexibility towards travel to UK and European sites.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working on a global programme.
- French / German speaking.
- Digital transformation experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
