THE ROLE
As CX Insight Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
- Gather insights from surveys and complaints, delivering true insights, not just data reports
- Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for business stakeholders, optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
- Analyse Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups
- Contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights
- Define and measure customer perception consistently across all products and customer journeys
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience mentoring/coaching teams
- Lead initiatives focused on Customer Experience (CX)
- Strong skills in insights generation and storytelling (not just data reporting)
- Strategic ability is important
