THE ROLE

As CX Insight Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
  • Gather insights from surveys and complaints, delivering true insights, not just data reports
  • Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for business stakeholders, optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
  • Analyse Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups
  • Contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights
  • Define and measure customer perception consistently across all products and customer journeys

Your Skills And Experience

  • Experience mentoring/coaching teams
  • Lead initiatives focused on Customer Experience (CX)
  • Strong skills in insights generation and storytelling (not just data reporting)
  • Strategic ability is important
