Role overview: As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving data entry platforms and templates, ensuring data quality, and conducting comprehensive data analysis across various sources. This role exists to enhance the company's data capabilities, providing key insights and supporting informed decision-making. You'll also work closely with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. ? What you’re good at:
  • Strong analytical thinking and process-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly in Excel
  • Experience with data and analytics in a project-based environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data and its importance
?? Bonus points for:
  • Experience working directly with clients as a subject matter expert (preferably 1-2+ years)
  • Strong data analytical skills and ability to visualise data effectively
  • Experience working with data in a project-based environment
  • Knowledge of, and passion for the Talent/Development/L&D and Analytics space
