We have an amazing opportunity to work for one of the leading Marketing Technology firm, as an experienced Digital Asset Manager, working on one of the biggest Beauty & Cosmetics accounts. This role will focus on Digital Asset Management and the integral function in day-to-day Martech operations.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in DAM. Please do NOT apply if you do not.

YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH

You will manage, enrich and quality assure assets across a number of brands within this client account, develop and host user training sessions, share industry best practices, and add value at every level of client engagement. You may also assist with Digital Rights Management (DRM), manage user queries, create reports, and develop engaging relationships with key account individuals to promote system adoption across markets.

What you day to day tasks will include;

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning with their goals and objectives.
  • Develop deep knowledge of clients' business challenges, industry trends, competitors, and brands.
  • Establish rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels within internally and externally
  • Deliver Excellence - Apply industry best practices, delivering value and quality at every stage.
  • Stay current on Martech, digital advertising, DAM, PIM, and related technologies.
  • Foster Innovation - Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas and improve existing programs.
  • Work closely with the team to solve challenges, consulting with account leadership as needed.
  • Develop expertise in client campaigns and production requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet and exceed client expectations at every stage.
  • Oversee metadata review, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and asset uploads.
  • Ensure Metadata Accuracy - Identify and correct metadata errors.
  • Manage meetings, address inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Gather Insights and provide reports to program teams and stakeholders, supporting gap analysis.

What You'll Have:

  • Must be able to speak French Fluently
  • 2-4 years of experience in media, digital asset management, library sciences, or archives.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital platforms such as DAM, libraries, CMS, OR PIM
  • Attention to Detail - Precise, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Communication Excellence - Clear verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and discussions.
  • Technical Proficiency - Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially with large data sets in Excel.
  • Media Knowledge - Well-versed in media channels and file formats, with adaptability across platforms.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability - Efficiently manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability - Follow structured processes while adjusting to changing needs.
  • Support & Problem Resolution - Deliver high-quality support with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
