- Starting salary of £35k-£40k depending on previous experience
- Additional bonus throughout the year taking your OTE to £55k-£60k

The Role Executive Search Consultant
- Sit in on client briefings to fully understand their offering and hiring requirements
- Researching the market - client competitors, individuals at the top of those sectors, current markets trends, and potential futures trends
- Targeting strong candidates for your clients
- Working closely with your team to deliver an excellent standard of care to clients and candidates
- Report writing following mandates - understanding the demographic and reporting back to your team, clients, and candidates
The Requirements Executive Search Consultant
- Full working proficiency in German speaking
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Experience working in a commercial role (part-time, internships, placement year)
- Ambitious with the desire to build a long-term career
- Confident and articulate when speaking with high level stakeholders
