Your new companyA large Housing Association based in London are looking for a Finance Analytics Manager to join their team. Your new roleYou will play a key role in managing and delivering data product delivery within the Finance department. Your focus will be on harnessing data to provide actionable insights, contributing to operational decisions, and enhancing financial reporting and analytics capabilities.Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of finance-related data products, ensuring high quality, great user experience and significant business impact
  • Partner with the business to translate their needs into data-driven reports
  • Enhance data literacy within the Finance team
  • Collaborate with Data, Analytics and Digital teams to develop advanced analytics capabilities
  • Create compelling financial data reports and analytics, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information provided for decision-making
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial analytics tools, contributing to the improvement of data product delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant degree in Finance or Data Analytics related field
  • CCAB recognised accounting qualification
  • Experience of leading data analytics projects and influencing operational decisions through data
  • Ability to apply analytics solutions to enhance financial management and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Knowledge of D365 is desirable
