We are seeking an Oracle HR Functional Lead to join our client’s Shared Services team. This role is pivotal in shaping and supporting the development of workforce solutions that enhance both people and system processes. The ideal candidate will provide expertise, guidance, and input into architectural, technical, and business solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic directions.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning teams to document requirements for modelling, analysing, and forecasting workforce needs, identifying gaps to inform growth plans and talent acquisition.
  • Provide insight and oversight of business-as-usual changes and align them with programme directions and initiatives.
  • Engage closely with business and technology stakeholders to assess the impacts of potential technical solutions on workforce-related solutions and ensure comprehensive understanding across the wider technology landscape.
  • Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure solution requirements are robust, fit for purpose, and strategically aligned.
  • Support the definition and development of workforce reporting solutions tailored to the needs of the function and the customer.
  • Foster and maintain successful relationships across various stakeholder groups within the programme.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers to review and deliver solutions for people processes.
  • Identify and enhance the integration and stability of touchpoints between various workforce applications and other non-workforce solutions.
  • Drive change and transformation interventions within complex organisational workforce systems.
  • Operate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Oracle HR HCM / Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning / EPM is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.
  • Agile methodology experience.
