Exciting 12-month FTC opportunity for a Group Performance & Insight Manager to lead performance reporting, data literacy, and manage two analysts using Power BI. Description

• Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver robust performance frameworks and reports for the Executive and Group Boards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity to support informed decision-making.
• Data Literacy: Lead initiatives to enhance data literacy across the organisation, driving a culture of data-informed decision-making.
• Team Management: Oversee and support two direct reports-a Senior Analyst and a Performance & Insight Analyst-ensuring their work aligns with organisational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive boards, to agree on key performance indicators and provide valuable insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the timely provision of accurate data for statutory and regulatory requirements, including the annual Statistical Data Return (SDR).
• Insight & Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights to improve services for residents, homes, and communities, while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Project Delivery: Manage projects within budget and timelines, driving performance improvements and fostering innovation in data practices.

This role combines technical expertise in data with strategic leadership and stakeholder management.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a proven track record in performance reporting, insight generation, and stakeholder management. They will have experience working with directors and executive boards, confidently presenting complex data and insights to inform decision-making.

Key qualities include:

• Strong technical skills, particularly in Power BI and the Microsoft stack, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams to achieve high performance.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
• A deep understanding of performance frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements, including the Statistical Data Return (SDR) and Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
• Organisational agility, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex environments while delivering projects on time and within budget.

A background in housing, social care, or related sectors is beneficial, along with a passion for making a positive impact on communities.
