Description

  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver robust performance frameworks and reports for the Executive and Group Boards, ensuring data accuracy and clarity to support informed decision-making.
  • Data Literacy: Lead initiatives to enhance data literacy across the organisation, driving a culture of data-informed decision-making.
  • Team Management: Oversee and support two direct reports-a Senior Analyst and a Performance & Insight Analyst-ensuring their work aligns with organisational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive boards, to agree on key performance indicators and provide valuable insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the timely provision of accurate data for statutory and regulatory requirements, including the annual Statistical Data Return (SDR).
  • Insight & Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights to improve services for residents, homes, and communities, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Project Delivery: Manage projects within budget and timelines, driving performance improvements and fostering innovation in data practices.
