- Provide timely and accurate performance updates to leadership teams.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyse data from multiple business areas (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and support organisational strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency and recommend process optimisation's.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate performance insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of performance improvement plans that drive results across the organisation.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunity and present solutions to mitigate challenges.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
