Description

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track and measure team or group performance against predefined KPIs and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
    • Provide timely and accurate performance updates to leadership teams.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyse data from multiple business areas (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and support organisational strategies.
    • Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency and recommend process optimisation's.
  • Strategic Recommendations:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to translate performance insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
    • Support the development and execution of performance improvement plans that drive results across the organisation.
    • Identify areas of risk and opportunity and present solutions to mitigate challenges.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, HR, and marketing, to understand performance drivers and provide data-driven recommendations.
    • Ensure that teams are aligned on objectives and working toward common goals.
  • Leadership Reporting & Communication:
    • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
    • Ensure leadership is well-informed on group performance trends, bottlenecks, and key opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead or contribute to initiatives that drive ongoing performance improvement across the organisation.
    • Implement processes to ensure data quality and integrity, enabling accurate and reliable decision-making.
