The successful Head of Business Studies will:

• Require the skill set and vision to support, guide and develop a well-resourced, friendly Business Studies department
• Deliver creative, effective, and challenging Business Studies curriculum, keeping up to date with developments in Business Education
• Track pupil progress
• Ensure the Business Studies department promote the school ethos and values
• To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data, observation and review of learning through books and schemes of learning.
• Attend all relevant departmental/leadership meetings
