Insights Analyst

6-month contract with possible extension

Umbrella hourly rate: £36.53

PAYE hourly rate: £28.85

Job Summary: The Insight Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven insights to support business decision-making. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance business performance. The Insight Manager will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that insights are effectively integrated into strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic planning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Active involvement and development of the Bid Solutions Community including creation of standardised process and procedures of the process
  • Supporting the development, design, communication and implementation of the go to market strategies of agreed projects to the wider business
  • Required to support all new, expansion and renewal business across Enterprise Accounts
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships and stakeholder relationships to support the service delivery within the EMEA business

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • A Facilities Management Qualification or with relevant experience at a level in the management of building services in a commercial office environment
  • A strong commercial management background with experience of managing a multi service contract through outsourced service providers
  • Proven experience and knowledge of bid processes
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data analytics and transpose to support key decision making
  • Proven experience of preparing and managing complex budgets, payment mechanisms, financial control and commitment management
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Numerate, analytical and able to get to the root of issues; Creative problem solver.
  • Financially literate with excellent appreciation of business and service drivers
  • A good understanding of general management theories, practices and concepts with strong experience in systems and sales processes
  • Able to apply and communicate complex issues, to both Internal stakeholders and external clients on a 3rd party level.
  • Experience of building and developing new business services, with the requisite management and financial control
  • Experience of driving through and leading change with existing business services
  • The development of operational processes and procedures and associated governance framework to deliver managed business services
  • Communication - Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written), Strong understanding of analytic/statistical concepts with the ability to explain them to others
  • Process Improvement - Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data; is willing to re-engineer processes from scratch.
  • Client Management - Understanding client needs and setting and managing appropriate client expectations within system, project, or contract constraints all while providing exceptional and enhanced customer service.
  • Team-building -Key stakeholder and collaborators are geographically dispersed. Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical.
