An International Market Research Agency is currently recruiting for an Insight Manager to work in their London office.
In this role, you will be working on projects from the proposal stage through to presenting the deliverables. You will play a key role, leading on projects with director support.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
SALARY: Negotiable, depending on experience

Insight Manager Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple research projects from proposal to deliverables
- Plan and manage project timelines
- Analyse, interpret, and report to create insightful reports
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to winning repeat work
- Participate in management and training of graduates or executives
- Design methodologies and analysis to meet client research objectives
- Chair project meetings and ensure project execution runs smoothly
- Produce required cross tabulations and select appropriate statistical tests
- Design presentation materials to effectively communicate data insights
- Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Mentor insight executives and graduates
- Contribute to business development and proposal delivery
Insight Manager Ideal Candidate:
- More than 5 years of experience in Research Marketing
- Essential skills / experience: Strong project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, effective communication skills, client relationship management
- Preferred/welcome skills or experience: Experience with statistical analysis, proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
- People management experience
- Proactive, passionate character
- Business level fluency in English
