K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, an industry leading global company, is looking for a Korean speaking Financial & Business Planning Analyst working across Financial Management, Regional Entity Support, New Business Pipeline Management and Team Collaboration.

[Key Responsibilities]

(1)Financial Management

- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Implement financial controls and procedures to optimize resource allocation and expenditure

(2) Regional Entity Support

- Oversee the financial and operational performance of subsidiaries & affiliates within Europe.

- Ensure alignment of these entities' strategies with the company’s business objectives.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the company and its regional entities.

- Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor the performance of these entities.

- Provide guidance and support to regional entities to ensure they adhere to corporate policies and achieve financial targets.

(3) New Business Pipeline Management

- Develop and manage the new business pipeline, ensuring alignment with forecasting and budget objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop commercial strategies that support business objectives.

- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and models.

(4) Team Collaboration

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.

- Mentor and train junior staff members on commercial best practices.

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Must have minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience

(3) Attention to detail with excellent communication skills

(4) Excellent analytical & reporting skills

[Conditions](1) Job location: London

(2) Hybrid: 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home

(3) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract (subject to become permanent)

(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(5) Annual basic salary: 40~50K (depending on experience)
