We are working in partnership with a household name in the financial services space to hire a Lead Digital Analytics Manager to play a crucial role in helping the business understand its digital customers and optimise website and app experience.
They have recently migrated to Adobe Experience Platform so we're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of this software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Lead audience building, data stream configuration, destination implementation, and web SDK schema setup.
- Thought leadership around delivery of the new platform, building relationships with key senior stakeholders within the business.
- Web Tagging & Data Layer Specification: Define and implement digital tagging strategies, ensuring accurate data capture across web pages and platforms.
- Adobe Analytics & Dashboarding: Develop self-service dashboards, provide training, and enhance data visibility for key stakeholders.
- AdTech & Third-Party Tagging: Implement and manage tags for Paid Media, Decibel, Google, Meta, and Salesforce Pardot, among others.
- Troubleshooting & Optimisation: Support and enhance key tools
We are Looking For:
- Must have substantial senior experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong experience in digital tagging, analytics and adtech.
- Strong leadership experience in a Senior / Lead / Head position.
- Track record in working a large complex firm - ideally within insurance, financial services, teleco or similar.
