**Lead Insight Analyst** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days in office)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella day rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

We seek an experienced data/insight analyst who is passionate about the role data plays in evidence-based decision-making. You will oversee the analytics agenda within a specific change domain, delivering robust, high-quality, and actionable customer insights. Your ability to translate complex data into practical analytics will be crucial in influencing the direction of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design of customer-focused change initiatives.
  • Create compelling narratives from data that drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Prioritise resources effectively to ensure impactful outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of a variety of analytical techniques.
  • A proven track record of translating data into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of all aspects of financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • A genuine desire to make a difference!
  • Experience with Hadoop, R, or Python for advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches.
  • Experience in predictive modelling.
