LEAD INSIGHT ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
We have partnered with a high-growth automotive business on a key product/customer analytics hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Lead Insight Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, identifying key segments and opportunities for increased engagement
- Conduct customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign performance evaluation across online and offline channels
- Analyse product adoption patterns across different partners, understanding what drives higher usage and how to replicate success
- Support expansion into new markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland, by optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Product, influencing key decisions with your analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics, customer insights, segmentation, and commercial analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools to extract, manipulate, and present findings
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes
THE BENEFITS
The successful Lead Insight Analyst will receive a salary of up to £80,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
