We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a skilled Marketing Insight Analyst / Power BI Developer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. This role is crucial in driving data-led decision-making by delivering insightful analysis and reporting to key stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively.
  • Perform advanced data analysis and modelling to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Use Excel to manipulate, analyse, and visualise data, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
  • Work with various databases and CRM systems, extracting and segmenting data to support marketing, audience development, and operational needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments, understanding their data requirements and delivering actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Support ongoing improvements in data processes, reporting automation, and best practices for data management.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, and complex functions.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and statistical modelling.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with CRM databases and segmentation, particularly in a customer-focused or arts/culture environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data extraction from relational databases is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
