We are representing a prestigious international law firm that is seeking a business development professional to join their International Pitch Team as a Pitch Executive. This role is central to delivering outstanding bid and work-winning support, helping the firm secure major cross-border, cutting-edge opportunities. You will play a vital role in the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage, create, and deliver bids and tenders with support from the wider pitch team.
  • Proactively work with colleagues across the firm to deliver outstanding responses to client requests for proposals.
  • Research opportunities and clients using the firm's research tools to inform work-winning strategies and tailored approaches to bidding.
  • Produce high-quality, on-brand client-facing documents.
  • Contribute fresh content to the bid library.
  • Support the Pitch Team's internal communication strategy to share knowledge, best practices, and case studies.
  • Use the firm's CRM system to update opportunities, wins, losses, and learnings from bids.
  • Run post-bid debrief sessions with clients and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experience in pitching, bidding, and/or business development within a professional service environment.
  • Experience supporting high-value, complex bids to a variety of clients, ideally including the public sector.
  • Experience working with international teams and producing work for international clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to express complex ideas simply.
