My client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial consulting firm and is seen as the pre-eminent player in:

  • the delivery of operational transformation and value creation services to the world’s most prestigious Corporate and Private Equity clients
  • providing cutting-edge solutions to the most complex business challenges and scenarios, making a demonstrable impact to bottom line and top line growth.

Through continued expansion, they are looking to recruit implementation focussed, senior-level consultants who have gained exposure to a wide landscape of projects across the deal life cycle (Pre and/or Post Deal)

This will include:

  • high-impact consulting and industry experience (10 yrs+)
  • experience of working on complex M&A based Operational Transformation and Value Creation programmes
  • experience of leading Operational Due Diligence (ODD), Synergy Reviews, Post Merger Integrations, Separations and Carve-out’s
  • experience of working across a range of sectors. These could include Automotive & Aerospace, Consumer, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Technology, Travel and Hospitality and Pharma

My client is well regarded for their ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with their clients. They are therefore looking for Consultants with:

  • Proven senior stakeholder (CxO) management skills
  • Proven experience in working with PE clients
  • Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects and workstreams
  • The ability to work on engagements that may fall out of their comfort zone, with the ability to leverage expert knowledge within the firm
  • Proven 'hands-on’ experience in working with clients in fast-paced Transformation scenarios
  • Proven Consulting and Industry experience
