Role: Project Consultant
Location: Fully remote
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DoE)

The role:
As a Project Consultant, you'll be a subject matter aspect with our client's product and then be involved in all aspects of customer facing project delivery, from initial requirements gathering, technical briefings, through to implementation and handover, working with internal technical, design and client services teams to ensure efficiency and growth. This role would suit somebody who is currently a project manager, business analyst or software developer, with a strong technical understanding who is now looking to kick on in a new role.
The client:
Our client is a Zendesk Premier Partner & customer engagement & support specialist with over 700 successful deployments over the past 10 years. The Zendesk suite of products provides the basis of their technical design, but they then utilise the breadth of technical knowledge that they have in their team to build out their offering and range of professional services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in project management / business analyst roles.
- Comfortable in client facing roles.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree level education in relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software etc.)
Desirables:
- Knowledge of the Zendesk platform.
- Formal project management qualifications.
