Project Coordinator - Outside IR35

Urgent requirement for a Project Coordinator to join a Global British Business Intelligence, Events and Publications group.

Length: 6 months

Location: remote with some travel to London

Role Summary

To support the diligence and integration programs for acquired and transferred businesses. To support other division change management or operational efficiency projects as needed. This role, working alongside the stakeholders, will require a combination of project management, stakeholder coordination and cross functional collaboration across the group and the acquired businesses

Skills and experience

  • Strong project leadership skills and comfortable liaising cross functionally with junior to senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and inspire the programme teams to achieve their objectives.
  • Good understanding of change, project and programme management methodologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and obstacles that may arise throughout the program lifecycle.
  • The ability to optimize risk to stay within the risk threshold with the likelihood of delivering the expected benefits.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in PPM software and tools.

Knowledge and qualifications

  • 5-7 or more years' experience in corporate project management or consulting project management roles.
  • Experience in managing large-scale or multi-year Integration and/or Merger and Acquisitions type of program.
  • Experience is operational efficiency programmes, and system implementations.
