The Company:This leading cultural insights agency are growing and looking for an experienced analyst with brand and commercial understanding to working on complex projects pertaining to branding, advertising and design. The corporate culture here engenders a strong intellectual curiosity throughout the team who are exposed to a diverse range of subjects such as languages, sociology, anthropology, brand strategy and consumer behaviour.

The Opportunity:You will be part of a small, friendly and supportive team, taking responsibility for projects end to end, resolving clients' commercial challenges. The work is international in nature, spanning a range of sectors and with a focus on cultural insight, social data analysis, foresight and semiotics. Some international travel is required.

About you:It's likely that you'll have a strong interest in different cultures, with particular reference to the relevance, context and nuance of brands. You will be commercially savvy, creative and innovative in your approach to helping to resolve clients' commercial challenges. You need to be able to think on your feet, juggling projects and concepts - and have great client management skills too.

The ideal candidate will have relevant agency experience with a leaning towards semiotics, qualitative research and cultural analysis.
