QUALITATIVE INSIGHT MANAGER

UP TO £60,000

NORTH LONDON - HYBRID WORKING

We're working on a leading consultancy who conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide insights to some of the biggest brands in the world. With a global presence and clients across a variety of sectors, you'll get the chance to work on unique projects around behavioural science, innovation, brand strategy, category performance and customer experience. THE ROLE:

The Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple behavioural science led projects.
  • Use behavioural science to bolster product services and offerings
  • Conduct hands on traditional and online qualitative research
  • Line manage direct reports, assisting with their growth and career development
  • Manage multiple projects from end to end, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Insight Manager will have:

  • Knowledge of different behavioural science frameworks is beneficial but not essential
  • Commercial awareness and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background within consultancies/agencies
  • 5 years of commercial experience at a minimum
  • A strong qualitative background, and knowledgeable with a variety of methods
