We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for a client with a start date ASAP and a duration of 3 months, with possible extension.
The position offers a salary of £35,000 per year and requires 1–2 days of hybrid working in the office located in Galashiels.
Key responsibilities include supporting project management meetings, assisting with Quality Management Systems, and managing documentation control and training.
Candidates should have experience in Quality or Compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Support project management meetings to stay informed on product quality & compliance.
Assist with Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes
Review batch records for imported products and complete RPi release steps for UK/GB distribution.
Manage Quality Systems such as Documentation Control, Change Control, Auditing, and Training.
Participate in internal audits (self-inspections), identifying and addressing any compliance gaps.
Deliver GxP and SOP training to ensure adherence to procedures.
