Avanti Recruitment are currently working with a company based in Central London within the PropTech sector; The company’s product is a risk analysis tool which is used by blue chip organisations to manage commercial property portfolios, in the UK, US, and around the world. There is an opportunity to join their team as a Risk Consultant or Analyst.
This role will be very much customer-facing and stakeholder management where you will find yourself liaising with Blue Chip Companies to understand problems and requirements, as well as get involved in the analysis to help clients identify risks.
Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Key account management
- Communication with Clients, Understanding requirements and issues
- Establish a timeline for project delivery
- Assisting with analysis & effectively communicating the results to the clients
- Monitoring ongoing project performance
Who you are:
- Strong experience in Risk Modelling
- Credit Risk Modelling
- Have a background in Mathematics or Financial Modelling
- Have strong communication skills
- Previous experience with stakeholder management / project management
Beneficial:
- A background as a Financial Analyst or Consultant
- Real estate experience would be beneficial
- Have the ability to assist with carrying out analysis to help clients identify risks and explain what the risk analysis tool is doing
- Previous experience with companies like Oliver Wyman or KPMG
This role is a hybrid position where you will be working 2 days from the office per week in Central London.
The salary for this position is up to £120,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus of up to 10% + 25 days holiday and flexible working hours.
