Senior/Principal Consultant - LCA & Circular Economy

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Principal Consultant to become part of a consultancy specializing in engineering sustainability driven by a passion for creating integrated sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and delivering LCA and circular economy assessments across diverse sectors.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on product sustainability, lifecycle management, and resource efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies and circular business models.
  • Managing and mentoring junior consultants, providing training and support.
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive change and innovation.
  • Writing reports, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and regulatory developments in LCA and circular economy.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Circular Economy, or related sustainability fields.
  • Minimum of 4/6 years' experience on an equivalent consultancy role
  • In depth understanding of Embodied Carbon and Circular Economy including quantification and strategic consultancy advice
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, circular economy models, and environmental impact reduction.
  • Previous experience consulting with clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, construction, or technology.
  • Expertise in LCA software tools (e.g., GaBi, SimaPro, OpenLCA).
  • Formal One click LCA qualification
  • Knowledge of BREEAM & GLA reporting requirements of embodied carbon and circular economy statements
