The Job
As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a thought leader, building and scaling reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration, and aligning priorities for reporting objectives.
- Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Developing and integrating machine learning models into operational workflows.
- Delivering accurate and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Executing a transformational reporting strategy to enable self-service reporting capabilities.
- Identifying innovative data solutions to address business challenges and drive performance improvements.
You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with expertise in customer or partner journey analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, and familiarity with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and delivering large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to leadership.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for using data to improve business outcomes.
