Do you have international BD experience and looking for a new senior level role? We are working with an award winning law firm to find an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role that will support the strategic growth of international private wealth, private client, and family teams, as part of an ambitious growth plan.

As part of this role, you will develop referral networks across the world, driving excellence in internal client service and ensuring the effective delivery of campaigns and initiatives. With a strong focus on international markets, you’ll play a key role in aligning business development activities with long-term objectives, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

  • Deliver strategic-level BD support for the private wealth and family teams, providing innovative solutions to help partners and lawyers win and retain business.
  • Ensure the BD team consistently delivers outstanding service by implementing best practices and maintaining a client-centric approach.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to drive international business opportunities and enhance the firm’s profile.

Project Management and Innovation:

  • Lead firm-wide projects that contribute to the 2030 plan, including innovation initiatives, brand identity, and thought leadership.
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage work activities effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
