Join a dynamic, newly established Crisis Management team at a leading specialty insurer, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the team's future and driving meaningful impact. About the Role:This exciting opportunity is part of a forward-thinking Crisis Management portfolio, encompassing Accident & Health, Contingency, and Political Violence & Terrorism. As a Senior Exposure Management Analyst, you will: * Enhance and support exposure management processes within the Crisis Management portfolio. * Improve data accuracy and availability to provide actionable insights for underwriting and reinsurance strategies. * Streamline reporting processes to ensure clarity and relevance for decision-making. * Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and the team's overall success. Key Responsibilities:* Lead efforts in portfolio roll-up processes and ensure robust control frameworks are in place. * Design and implement meaningful management information (MI) to drive informed decision-making. * Collaborate across teams to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely reporting. * Drive innovation in exposure management processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. What We're Looking For:* Demonstrated expertise in exposure management or catastrophe modelling. Experience in political violence, terrorism, contingency, or A&H is advantageous. * Strong practical knowledge of portfolio roll-up and control framework implementation. * Proven ability to create insightful and actionable MI. * An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence. * Experience working within robust control frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting.
