- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the customer behaviour landscape
- Work closely with the CRM team to help optimize their lifecycle with a test and learn approach
- Proactively identify business opportunities and effectively communicate insights to the business
- Become a subject matter expert when it comes to Customer behaviour
- Work closely with BI to ensure development of Data Self-Serve strategy fits business requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in multiple advanced analytics and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrable ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement
