This role will be a client facing role that will be tasked with developing new business leads for Consultancy and Statement of Work (SoW) projects as part of our consultancy division.

Working in specific markets, this role will seek to engage both existing clients to build on current opportunities and with new clients to seek out opportunities to deliver services and consultancy projects.

Working across RPS and the wider Reed Group, your role will be to take our message to market and be the way through which we continue to grow and innovate our services and our business.

What you'll be doing

You will be generating new business leads for our services/consultancy/SoW business from the following channels:

  • Leveraging relationships within current RPS customers to expand our footprint and value-add within the account
  • Development of new relationships with senior stakeholders or heads of business/service that may have requirements for outsourced projects
  • Working with our account management teams and larger clients deliver teams to understand where opportunities exist for outsourced projects
  • Engaging with our senior contractor talent pool to gain market intelligence on forthcoming project requirements and ensuring a high level of service
  • Managing the solution design process for opportunities; translate requirements into a scoping documentation, proposals and SoW's with clear aims and deliverables
  • Working with sourcing teams to identify the right skills to deploy to the project from within our consultancy talent bank
