This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Resource Manager to join the University’s Transformation Office and play a vital role in deploying the resources needed for transformational change. As the leader[CG1] of the Transformation Office resourcing function, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the University has the right talent to support the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives. This role is critical to the success of the Transformation Portfolio, providing visibility and strategic management to help drive the University’s transformation efforts forward.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Portfolio to define and implement resourcing strategies that align with the University’s strategic priorities. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers [CG2] to understand their resource requirements and forecast future needs to ensure the right people are in place for the right projects. Your expertise will enable you to identify and resolve resource conflicts, address skill gaps, and ensure seamless integration across projects, contributing to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

We’re looking for a Senior Resource Manager with proven experience in managing complex resource functions and leading successful resourcing strategies within dynamic environments. Your ability to forecast, plan, and provide oversight of resource management will directly support the University in delivering its ambitious transformation agenda.
